Charter Court Financial Services Limited (CCFS), the specialist financial services business, has opened a second office at Broadlands Business Park in Wolverhampton. The move paves the way for further expansion of the award winning business which has enjoyed significant growth in recent months.

CCFS was established in 2008 and since then has grown significantly with its brands – Precise Mortgages and Exact Mortgage Experts - experiencing considerable success. The workforce has increased by 29% in the last six months alone and currently employs 187 people. The expansion ensures that CCFS has the capacity for further recruitment to enhance its expert team, potential candidates should email [email protected] or [email protected] for recruitment opportunities.

The opening of the second office is just part of a regional success story, which has seen Wolverhampton and the surrounding area experiencing unprecedented development. Jaguar Motors recently moved to offices nearby (at i54), and the business park itself recently received a £6m investment pledge from the Government.

Ian Lonergan, Chief Executive Officer of CCFS, commented, “The opening of the new offices is a demonstration of our recent success and growth as well as our commitment to the local community. We are growing at a rapid pace, with employee numbers rising dramatically in the last few months. Moving in to new offices gives us the space for future recruitment which will develop our expert team.”

Precise Mortgages specialises in the intermediary market offering a range of long term and short term lending including residential, Buy to Let mortgages along with bridging and second charge loans, and has experienced significant increase in demand across its product base in recent months.
